Small Group Exercise Classes

Outdoor Body Conditioning Classes – $30 per class, or 10% discount if you book a 4 class package.  Fresh Juice available after class for $5 per jar.  Must be pre ordered.  Please email me at jane@janesjuice.com to reserve your place now!

A one hour low impact cardio workout.  We meet at South Mountain Reservation Dog Park Car Park.  the class involves a lot of walking, lower body work, (walking lunges, squats etc) and upper body work using light weights.  We move for the entire hour, getting a great workout in a great outdoor location!

Cardio Barre Class
A one hour total body workout. Low impact, toning and resistance exercises targeted at the bottom, legs torso and arms to sculpt muscle and elongate the appearance of your body!
